The University strives to provide a work environment that encourages all employees to lead healthy lifestyles and proactively work toward improving our health. We believe fitness is important for employees in achieving good health, preventing serious disease, and better managing existing health conditions.

Healthy Rewards Program

Review Cigna's Healthy Rewards program (PDF) Employees who are enrolled in one of the three Cigna medical plans are eligible to participate in Cigna's Healthy Rewards Program. There are two ways employees can participate to earn a gift card.

  • Complete your annual physical and receive a $50 gift card.
  • If you are expecting, participate in Cigna's Healthy Pregnancies, Healthy Babies program.
    • If you enroll in the program during your first trimester and complete the program after delivery, you will receive a $100 gift card.
    • If you enroll in the program during your second trimester and complete the program after delivery, you will receive a $50 gift card.

As part of our dedication to promoting a healthy environment, ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ became a 100% tobacco-free and smoke-free campus in 2014

³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s policy makes all University campuses smoke and tobacco-free, including personal vehicles parked on ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ property. Smoking of tobacco or other substances and use of all tobacco products will not be permitted anywhere and anytime on the University campuses.
