On move-in day, Class of 2021 begins their ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ journey

³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Class of 2021

Student volunteers, athletes and alumni turned out to help the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s newest Nor’easters settle in to their new homes on August 27, 2017.

New students and their families had plenty of help, with the largest move-in day volunteer base in ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s history. For the third year, students participated in the Storm the Front volunteer program. In addition to resident assistants and orientation leaders, there were 82 student volunteers. ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ athlete also pitched in, including members of the women and men’s soccer, volleyball, golf, women’s rugby and hockey teams.

Move-in was followed by the First Night event on the lawn of the Alfond Forum with a 90's themed dance party where students celebrated their first day on campus with President James Herbert, who also took part in the festivities.
