Artwork by Kate Cargile on display at Campus Center
A collection of artwork by Kate Cargile will be on display at the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s Biddeford Campus Center, June 5 – July 2, 2016.
Cargile’s work comprises a variety of media, including painting, printmaking and appliqué quilting – all inspired by her keen interest in literature, history and visual culture studies. The subject matter ranges from the beauty of people, objects and places that make up everyday life to fanciful ideas from myths, legends, tales and wild imagination.
The exhibit is free and open to the public. ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ’s Campus Center is located at 11 Hills Beach Road, Biddeford, Maine. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. For more information, contact Diane Noble by email or phone (207-284-6394).
