Dute Francis, elder, healer, and medicine man for the Passamaquoddy tribe, will lead the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Portland Campus community in a ceremony to celebrate the earth and commemorate the 47th Earth Day. The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m.
