Drumming is fun, reduces stress, induces synchronous brain activity which produces deeper self-awareness, and helps us connect with ourselves and others. Eric Reyburn will perform some different kinds of drumming on Earth Day to help us connect with the natural rhythms around us. He will bring several drums to share, so if you’ve ever wanted to experience drumming, now is your chance!
